  • Order Shipping

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Production Time

    Production time refers to the time taken to make the hair system. It does NOT include the time used for the following things:

    -Consulting with us

    -Sending in old hair systems, samples and templates, etc.

    -Discussing uncertain order details after we receive your payment.

    -Shipping

    In other words, production time is counted from the date that all the order details are confirmed, all the necessary samples and templates are received, and payment is received.

    Stock Hair systems: 5~7working days.

    Regular customized Hair systems: About 30 working days. Some complicated and special hair systems cannot be completed within that time frame, like silk top, extra-long hair and extra heavy density, etc. If you need a hair system within a specific time frame, please consult our customer service team before you place your order.

    Shipping Time

    We provide standard shipping and expedited shipping. The standard shipping usually takes 7~15 working days. And the expedited shipping usually takes 3~5 working days.

  • Exchange

    Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and your happiness is our top priority. Each bundle has been checked by our quality control department to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact our customer care team immediately at hairtis0@gmail.com.

    1. Cancellation Policy

    All order information can be freely changed within 12 hours once placing the order. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we will NOT be able to cancel or modify any orders.

    2. Return Policy

    We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened and unused hair products (Must provide photos and/or videos to customer service to prove the product is in the same condition that you received it). Within the first 7 days after you receive your hair, please email customer care and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Returns without Authorization are not allowed. And you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    3. Refund Policy

    For custom made hair systems, we will charge 50% custom made fee. And We will refund you the remaining payment after verifying the return package. Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed and a return processed within a
