We've already discussed this topic and concluded that if you shave your head, your life is more economical, you become more confident and cheerful, and even your hair loss improves. However, don't make a decision that is too soon. You should also be aware of some of its side effects. After you have a general understanding of both sides of it, you should only decide whether to try it or not.
Shortcomings of shaving all hair
1. Strange head shape.
Once you shave your head, you show your head shape completely and utterly. If you still care more about your appearance, you should be aware of your head shape before you decide whether to shave it or not, otherwise you will feel regret. Of course, this is not to stop some people with bad head shape to give up this intention, as long as you think this suits you, you can totally choose to do so. And, with more bald people tend to be more confident and assertive.
2. Sunburn damage.
Once your head is shaved and exposed to the sun without the protection of your hair, it is more likely to be damaged. So while shaved heads we save time washing and caring for our hair, we have to invest some of that time in making sure our scalp is healthy and growing. If in the summer, you use a sunscreen that is at least 50 SPF. Apply it thickly, but in a way that doesn't leave you with a greasy residue.
3. Sensitive skin.
If you have sensitive skin that is prone to dryness and acne, shaving can be a burden. For a successful shave, make sure you keep your scalp moisturized and have products on hand to help you fight redness and irritation. Then again, like now in this season, if you have a bald head, you must be very troubled. The cold weather forces you to wear a hat, but it may wrap tightly around your head, not allowing your pores to breathe properly. A more serious reaction could be that your scalp has some sort of allergic reaction as a result.
4. Dry skin.
If you shave frequently it can cause dry and itchy scalp. So, although we said before that the benefit of going bald is to make your life more efficient, we still emphasize that you need to care about it. Due to the exposure to the air, the scalp is more likely to lose moisture than before, so you need to use a lot of moisturizer.
5. Scalp irritation.
Shaving may also lead to redness and inflammation of the skin, called razor burn. Along with this comes itchy skin. Even the most careful person can end up with nicks and cuts, not to mention the fact that you are shaving your own hair. So, you need to be more skilled and reduce the probability of these risks occurring.
6. Regular care.
Once you decide to shave your head and intend to do it for a longer period of time, you will find that your hair grows at a faster rate. You must not get bored though, you should be conscious of trimming your hair on a regular basis.
How should I choose?
Let's review the benefits that being bald gives you:
Less hair maintenance. These three words encompass a very large number of things, including shampooing, conditioning, haircuts and all other aspects.
I am sure once you try it, you will quickly discover the fun of it and your temperament will all be enhanced because you will become more confident.
However, we have to admit that it is by no means an easy thing to do. You have to realize that there are some dangers with it and if you can't handle it properly, something bad may happen.
